The peer support program offers a variety of opportunities for socialization with friends.  Whether it be through an art class, nature walk, game night, trying a new restaurant, music, exercise class, or any of the variety of activities offered, peer support is about coming together to support each other and discover new and enjoyable experiences. 

The Mercer County Special Olympics bowling and basketball teams have long been a staple of the county.  In 2019 the opportunity to join the powerlifting team and the competitive cheer team were added.  Both teams have grown and shown incredible success.  The cheer team brought home an inaugural state championship!  In the summer of 2020 the unified golf team was formed.  Mercer County Special Olympics continues to grow and offer opportunity for individuals of all abilities.
