Full-time Position Available:

Service & Support Administrator

POSITION DESCRIPTION:       

This position is responsible for facilitating a team process that helps individuals eligible for developmental disabilities services and their families to identify personal goals and services/supports that result in their desired outcomes. Assure that services and supports are responsive to all preferences and needs of each individual/ family as well as effective in promoting a positive reputation and strong connections with the community. Serves as primary point of coordination for all individuals eligible for developmental disability services and their support team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field of social work, special education.

CPR/First Aid Certified

ODODD Provisional Certification or can obtain

Excellent interpersonal communication skill required

Effectively utilize current technology to promote accuracy and productivity

Freedom from substance abuse

Satisfactory BCI check (Bureau of Criminal Investigation)

Valid driver’s license and county board car insurance coverage required

CLASSIFICATION:       

Full time professional position, classified

12 months per year, 260 days

Probationary period one year

Primarily 8:00am – 4:00pm. Flexibility required

 

SALARY/BENEFITS:

Full-Time Employees (40 hours per week): Health and dental insurance with HSA, wellness program and incentives, life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick leave, holiday pay, and access to vision, short-term disability, accident & critical care benefits. All Mercer County employees become members of the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System and have access to deferred compensation programs.

Salary range $21.65 to $32.31 depending on experience and education.
